NORWAY’S THREAT THAT THEY WOULD QUIT THE SO CALLED PEACE PROCESS TEMPORARILY IS PART OF A CONSPIRACY BY RANIL, NORWAY AND TIGERS TO SURRENDER CHANDRIKA SAYS WIMAL WEERAWANSA.

November 15, 07.15 AM: Norway’s sudden withdrawal from the so called peace process was actually a conspiracy between Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, LTTE’s Prabhakaran and the so called peace facilitator, Norway to threaten President Chandrika Kumaratunga to surrender to their might and hand back the Defense Ministry to the imperialist puppet said Wimal Weerawansa, immediately after Norway’s announcement that they were temporary quitting and going home.
Weerawansa said it was a warning on the part of Norway to President Chandrika Kumaratunga not to poke her finger to their affairs and an attempt to tell very clearly that the President should let the puppet of the imperialists handle the problem according to their plan and otherwise there would be dangerous consequences.
He said neither Ranil Wickremesinghe, clearly a foreign puppet, nor Norway or the Fascist Prabhakaran could determine the affairs of future Sri Lanka but the people of Sri Lanka should determine the future affairs of the nation
Weerawansa made the statement taking part in an interview broadcast by the BBC’s Sinhalese service Sandeshaya.
Asked whether the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) who together with the People’s Alliance polled more votes at the last general election of the country with the People’s Alliance (PA) than the ruling United National Front ready to enter an alliance with the PA and face a snap general election Weerawansa said the JVP had been always ready to defeat the rogue hoard of elephants, tigers and foxes under a broad coalition. He said many agreements had been reached with the People’s Alliance leaders so far and many more agreements would be reached soon when the negotiations they were conducting currently would be successfully concluded.
The JVP calls the UNP as elephants (their election symbol) LTTE as Tigers and Norway as foxes for their alleged cunningness to divide the country.
He said it was strange that Prabhakaran, described as a very elusive man and very difficult for Norwegians to meet very easily readily met Eric Solheim and Vidar Helgesen when they came to Sri Lanka after President Chandrika Kumaratunga took over the Ministry of Defense and two other Ministries to her charge. Meanwhile Ranil was telling he was ready to accept the so-called peace process on the condition that he was given back the Ministry of Defense
Weerawansa said it was nothing else but part of a tripartite threat made together after a conspiracy of Norway, Ranil and Prabhakaran that a dangerous situation would be created in the country if the Ministry of Defense was not handed back to Ranil
Weerawansa said for Norway to threaten that that they would quit the peace process temporary there had been no peace process taking place in Sri Lanka for a long period of time. The so-called peace process broke down long time ago. Then the LTTE put forward some proposals that said an interim self governing authority should be granted to them outside the constitution, that was an impossibility.
Weerawansa assured that the people were ready to take a decision after carefully analyzing the ridiculous process that happened during the last two years under the imperialist puppet called Ranil Wickremesinghe.
