THE TWO MISSING SOLDIERS RETURNED TO THE CAMP AFTER LOSING THEIR WAY IN THE JUNGLE FOR TWO DAYS

May 28, 10.45 PM: The two missing soldiers from the Weli Oya Sri Lanka Army camp, Private J.M. Gamini Bandara and Recruit P.P..D. Sarath Gunasena who were missing since May 26 returned to the camp by Friday May 28 , the Army said.
The two soldiers who were missing after entering a nearby jungle of Kambiliwewa to cut timber for the construction work of a bunker reportedly lost their way in the thick woods army sources said.
The missing soldiers caught the attention of the press since the separatist group LTTE used to kidnap soldiers from Weli Oya camp in the past for prisoner swap purposes.
The Army said , the Military Police was investigating.
